We aim to remove these constraints. With Hailuo Video Agent, we want to enable all users to effortlessly transform their ideas into art pieces, making video creation accessible to everyone.
We plan to achieve end-to-end Hailuo Video Agent via 3 stages:
Stage 1: Prebuilt video Agent templates for high-quality creative videos. Users simply follow instructions and input text or images — with one click, a polished video is generated.
Stage 2: Semi-customizable video Agent. Users gain the flexibility to edit any part of the video creation process, from script to visuals to voiceover.
Stage 3: Fully autonomous, end-to-end video Agent. A complete, intelligent workflow that turns creative input into final-cut video with minimal manual effort.

To offer creators both creative freedom and high-quality output, we’ve designed the Hailuo Video Agent with the following core innovations:
1. A break from traditional, node-based workflows. Instead of using rigid toolchains, we leverage LLM-powered tool invocation — allowing users to generate complete videos simply through natural language descriptions.
2. A full-stack toolkit for video creation. From ideation, asset sourcing, storyboarding, editing, to voiceover — we’ve curated the best tools for each step, and enabled the Agent to autonomously call them at the right stage of the process. This ensures both flexibility and professional-level quality in every short video.
3. Visualized agent reasoning and workflow. Users can view the Agent’s step-by-step thought process in real time, creating a transparent window into the creative logic — and offering intuitive entry points for custom edits and fine-tuning.
